Hello i would like to join to your guild because i would like to do raids.I am at Sparta but this guild don't do anything and all the active members have left.I am general pvp but i want to do raids that is the reason that i want to join to your guild as a said before.I am an active player.I am full markmanship and my proffesions are skinning and LW.I am almost full epic i have 10 epics and very soon i take one more.I hope you to invite me to your guild.....

Location (how close to the top)
Age (how close to the end)
Gender (how far)
Attitude (if you got any)
Previous xp (wow, mmorpg, gaming, irl if nothing else)

III. About your game.
Attendance and activity (what raiding schedule you'll be able to fit in and how often you'll be willing to fit in it)
Former guilds (ranks, reason of leaving, some words about guilds)
Plans and goals in game (wow, mmorpg, gaming, irl if nothing else)

You'll need to have required mods.
You'll need to have ventrilo set up and running.
You'll need to consider that longer your application happens to be, lesser will be the chance it'll be read till the end, and higher the chance you'll be occasionally accepted.
